Tuskegee University is a historically Black college in Tuskegee, Alabama. Tuskegee which began as the Tuskegee Institute is famous for the Tuskegee Airmen - a legendary pilots who bullied the German Luftwaffe from their P-51 Mustang fighter planes in WWII

Tuskegee University is a private, historically black university in Alabama. Located in Tuskegee, the campus is designated as a National Historic Site by the National Park Service. The university was home to scientist George Washington Carver and to World War II’s Tuskegee Airmen.

The school offers 43 bachelor’s degree programs, 17 master’s degree programs, and 5 doctoral degree programs. Three thousand students attend the university. They hail from all 50 states and over 30 countries.
